This bright and spacious condo has an highly desirable 2BR, 2BA split floor plan. The 16th floor views are unobstructed and extraordinary with all windows facing the gulf. The condo is freshly painted and boasts all brand new furniture, including large flats screen televisions in the great room and both bedrooms. The condo comfortably sleeps up to eight, with a king sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen and full sized bed in the guest room and a queen sized pull out couch in the great room. The kitchen is outfitted with new stainless steel appliances.
Clearwater Beach is a phenomenal destination for all ages and 440 West is a short walking distance from outstanding dining, nightlife, and activities. The beach has powder white sand and stretches for over two miles. It is regularly voted best beach in North America.

Excellent location. Great view. Lots of restaurants and nightlife with live entertainment in walking distance. 5 minute walk to beach. Disappointed pool in complex not available again. Great host !

We had an awesome time at the 440 Condos! The appartment was well equipped, spacy and clean. The view from the 16th floor over the gulf was simply amazing. The communication with the owner Jeff was outstanding during our whole stay and Clearwater Beach is a perfect place to visit the beautiful beach by foot and to head out for lots of activities in the region by car. We highly recommend renting from Jeff!
