This new beautiful 5 bedroom / 5.5 bath townhome can sleep 19 guests comfortably, or up to 23 guests with the assistance of 4 fold-out twin mats. There is plenty of room for all! The first level of the home is an open floor plan style, with high ceilings and gorgeous decor. The master bedroom and ensuite bath are right off the entryway. Relax in the soaking tub or rinse off in the large separate shower. You will have plenty of room to get ready for your day at the double sink vanity. Just outside the master bedroom, you have your own patio where you can relax. You will find the living room, kitchen, dining room, a half bathroom, and access to the back patio and BBQ grill right outside the dining area door. Upstairs, there is a huge loft area, TV, game table, darts, arcade and access to the balcony deck where you can relax and watch your group at the pool or the beautiful southern Utah sunset. Loved our stay here. Ample bedrooms and bathrooms for multiple families to stay in one unit. There was an overflow parking area which was great for truck and trailer. Only complaint is we happen to stay there when a baseball tournament was going on and it was a little obnoxious at night with kids yelling and such. But that is no reflection of the home itself and i look forward to staying there again.

The beds were very comfortable, and the decor was nice. The home was clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. However, the neighborhood was quite loud, especially near the pool area. We had to use earplugs a few nights since kids stayed in the pool until late. While this rental wasn't the perfect fit for our group (as we were on a girls' getaway without children), it would be an excellent choice for a family-friendly stay. If you're traveling with kids, it's a great spot—just keep in mind that it may not be the best option for a quiet, relaxing retreat.
