We had an amazing time at this property. The pool would have been small for a large group. We had a family of 8 and it was fine for us. Most of us wanted to spend time sitting in the hot tub. the pool was there to cool down. Everything was top-notch.

We loved our stay here. Everything was spacious and clean. Host is very helpful and easy to contact. The private hot tub and pool is great. Would stay here again.

Our family had a great time in St. George this past weekend. This home had everything we needed and a lot of extras. The property management company were great to work with us and took care of everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This is a great house for a family reunion. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. We really liked that the bathrooms were attached to all but one of the bedrooms. The kids enjoyed the rooms with bunk beds. The living area was large enough to gather the family and there was plenty of space in the eating area. Our one disappointment was the pool at the house. It was very small and the water was hot. The community pool was fun and very close to the house. The pickle ball courts were also very close.

I recently stayed at this home with a few of my friends for my birthday, and it was nothing short of excellent. The house was spacious, tastefully decorated, and well-maintained. The balcony provided stunning views, and a great place to hang out at night with the fire pit! The community and pool were fantastic, providing a tranquil atmosphere and a refreshing escape from the summer heat. Highly recommended!

Very nice home & great neighborhood.

The house layout was perfect for what we needed and during this busy spring break time it was great to have our backyard pool and hot tub as an option.

We come to St George a lot and have stayed in tons of rental properties. We have never had to write a negative review before but we feel it is necessary this time. First off the house was large with comfortable beds and plenty of space for our family. It is in a good location and the community is nice. We were very disappointed with the amenities at the property though. We decided to splurge a littleand book a house with a private pool. The pool was much smaller than pictured more like two big hot tubs. When we arrived we could not get the tablet that controls the pool to work. We contacted the property management company and while they were always quick to respond they never offered any solutions. They just said they would fix it but never while we were there staying. After two days of trying different things and going to buy batteries for the controller for the pool we were able to get the hot tub to work but it never would heat about 95. Don’t waste your money on a private pool here it is not worth it. The most frustrating part of this house is there was no hairdryer, iron or a working can opener. We have never had an issue with not having these things in a rental. We were in town for a wedding and it made getting ready very difficult. Don’t waste your money staying here. There are too many good choices in St George.

The management company was very prompt in responding to our few concerns. The property had everything you could want. All the extra fees were a surprise but all in all worth the stay.

We had a great time, the communication was very nice, receiving texts ahead of time so we knew if we needed anything we could reach out easily and get what we needed. Fortunately though, we never needed anything as everything was setup so nicely, but the peace of mind is always welcomed.

Loved our stay! We travelled to St. George in June when it was super hot. It was worth having our own pool for the kids to play in while we could easily keep an eye on them. Thank you!

I competed last Saturday and when our accommodations feel through upon arrival I had to scramble to find alternate arrangements last minute. This location was available and I booked it immediately. My husband, family and friends arrived a day later and we all enjoyed our stay as it was spacious and clean. It turned out to be better than what I had booked initially and we really enjoyed relaxing around the pool after a successful race.

A couple complaints would be that the pool is WAY smaller than the pictures depict, there was also no pop-a-shot like shown…..and could use a few more house hold items, I.e cheese grader, blender. But other than that it was still amazing to have our own pool and hot tub. Crazy amounts of rooms and beds. Never felt over crowded.

We were very pleased with the house we rented. Everything was neat and orderly. The layout of the house was accommodating for all who stayed and those who visited. We enjoyed all the amenities and will recommend Red Sands to our family and friends:) Thank you!

It was so nice to relax and have plenty of room for everyone! Watching movies from the pool was amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

The whole process was very enjoyable. The few issues that we faced were handled quickly and professionally by the property management team.

Check in was great and so was first impression but as we spent more time at the house we started to notice there were wet dirty towels around the house, food under beds, mold in the coffee maker, the grill was dirty, even a pair of underwear in the entryway cabinet. All of the high touch areas of the home were dirty with finger prints and even food splatter on island and cabinets. The home was beautifully decorated and the size accommodated to my family wonderful but we were disappointed with the fact that the house was very unkept.

This home was exactly what we need ed to fit our family. We loved the décor and the amount of room to spread out. All the beds were so comfortable and the house was very clean. It was also nice to have enough bathrooms to not be running into each other. We used the private pool and hot tub every everyday/night! It was such a nice amenity to have. I would recommend booking with Red Sands Vacation homes.

Stayed here with family. Spacious rooms, and beautifully furnished, and clean. Private pool is a huge hit with the kids, as were the bunk beds. Additional advantage of the pool is that it is on the west side, so it has some shade in the afternoon. Central pool and splash pad were great as well. Super comfortable couch/theater setup upstairs, with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+. Everything was labeled, which is a plus when trying to empty the dishwasher. One of the best VRBO properties I've visited. Hope to visit again in a few years.

I can’t say enough nice things about this home. It was immaculately clean and pristine. Everyone loved the beds, and the kitchen, and the pool…and I could go on and on. Highly recommend this home

This home has everything you need to enjoy a family getaway. The home was very clean and well stocked with towels and amenities needed for our stay. The home's privte pool kept our children entertained. There is also a club pool just down the street but it was nice to have the little ones swimming at the house while the adults were enjoying each others company. Great home!

We very much enjoyed our stay and had the kids had a great time swimming in the pool.

We stayed at a similar property over New Year's with some friends and knew we wanted to bring the family in the spring. The location is amazing, bike trails are super close and you can't beat the views. I love the Santa Clara area, too. The space is wonderful for families and the pool, hot tub and outdoor area are sublime! When we weren't riding bikes or hiking, we were in the pool or hot tub. It's truly an incredible place. And the full-size washer and dryer is handy when you have families staying there. The reason this isn't getting a 5-star review is four things: 1. At the time of booking, the photo of one of the bedrooms upstairs shows a double bunk bed. When we get there, it's a triple bunk bed, with a queen on the bottom, a double in the middle, and a twin on the top. There is NO way an adult or couple can sleep in this room. The queen bed maybe has 18" of clearance above it so if anyone is claustrophobic, this is not a feasible sleeping space. We ended up pulling the double mattress from the middle bunk and putting it on the floor so an adult could sleep in the room. The listing says it can sleep 20 people and that would be incredibly tight. We had 12 people in our party: four kids and six adults so we were able to make it work. We wouldn't choose this particular property to stay in again if we go back because we have more adults than small children. 2. It lacked basic amenities like soap, dishwasher soap, and toilet paper. Read your rental agreement very carefully. Why? You will find out that if you need more soap for the dishwasher, other than the 5 or six packs they give you when you check in, you will need to buy more dishwasher soap. My extended family and I stayed there for six days and five nights. We cooked all meals in the condo and so we made good use of the dishwasher. Could we have washed dishes by hand? Absolutely, but to be told that they wouldn't provide extra soap packets for the dishwasher, is a bit ridiculous when you're spending $3,700 to stay there. They agreed to bring us some more after I asked but they brought it just before we were checking out and we had already hand-washed the dishes by that point. When we arrived, there were two extra rolls of toilet paper other than the half-rolls that were already in each bathroom. We had to ask for more toilet paper and then they brought three extra rolls (again for 12 people for six days). Again, for spending thousands of dollars to stay there to then be so stingy with such a basic supply is unfortunate. When it says there is shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms, what that means is a travel hotel-size shampoo and conditioner. So, you'll need to provide your own. 3. When I read their animal policy, I understood it to be that emotional support animals would be considered. When I called to inquire about it, the person was very rude about it then I asked to simply ask the owner if it was a possibility, she reluctantly agreed to and said she would call me back. Needless to say, I never received a call-back. I understand and totally support the animal policy, it was the lack of professionalism and no follow-through that was disappointing. 4. It was mostly clean - we ended up wiping off the lights in the kitchen over the counter because they were so dirty and wiping out hair from the master bathroom before putting things in there. Everything else was sparkling. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I don't know that I would rent from Red Sand Vacation Properties again due to the customer service and inadequate basic amenities.

We had a fantastic time staying at 67 Octillo Springs. The home was beautiful, new and very clean. With a great floor plan. The pool though small, was perfect for our group. We liked being close to the pickleball courts and not too close to the large communal pool and splash pad. We'd definitely stay here again.

Wow, we were expecting a lot and each of our expectations were met. The house is amazing. The hot tub and pool was a big hit. The outside TV was a great touch. We will be back!
