This apartment has air conditioning and Wifi.
The accommodation has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In the living room there is a split air conditioner and you have direct access to the terrace. In this room there is a double sofa bed.
The accommodation is located in a quiet private urbanization of apartments with beautiful gardens and a communal pool. The beach of La Barossa is about an 8 minutes walk away and the famous "Punto Mágico" of Sancti Petri Beach is also very close.
It is a strategic location since less than two minutes by car you reach the access road to the city center, whilst the "Primera Pista" (the entertainment precinct) of La Barrosa and the Poblado Marinero is also nearby. (15/06/2026 - 15/09/2026).

For us the location was great near the beach and all the facilities. Quiet at this time of year March / April in the apartment complex. We will definitely return in the future. Apartment just needs a bit of updating and renewal of some items.
