A comfortable, spacious, and fully renovated vacation home in a quiet, sought-after location right on the one-kilometer-long “La Barrosa” beach, which invites you to sunbathe, take walks along the beach, and enjoy all kinds of beach and water sports. In the nearby center of La Barrosa, there are many shops, restaurants, and bars, while the old fishing village of Sancti Petri and the town of Chiclana are just a 10-minute drive away. The house features 4 bedrooms (all with ocean views) and sleeps a total of 7 guests. There are also 2 beautiful bathrooms. The cozy living room, which includes a large dining area, seats up to 7 people. A fireplace and heating ensure a pleasant warmth during the colder months (November through March). The large kitchen (25 m) is modern and fully equipped. The spacious garden or patio offers plenty of room for dining, relaxing, and having fun. It’s also ideal for families with young children. A perfect starting point for excursions along the coast.
