Great condo. Full kitchen. Very quiet location. Walking distance to everything (including bus, groceries, retail, dining etc.).

The condo is in a fantastic location and very functional. Only knocks are that the bathroom and kitchen were not properly cleaned when we arrived. The couch is not comfortable to sit on. I get you want something durable, that said the cushions leave much to be desired. The bed mattress is also very hard. Too hard for my wife and my liking but it may be ok for others.
Overall, the condo provided us a wonderful vacation.

The location is great, and the condo would be great too, if some effort was made in terms of comfort and cleanliness. The bed mattress is very hard, not what you would expect in a vacation rental. The patio area is dirty, with a layer of dust/grime on the table, and chairs that are cracked and uncomfortable.
Soooo much potential here to be a really nice vacation rental.
