Sherpa 7 is a newly remodeled 2-bedroom plus den, 2.5-bath condo unit located in a five-story, ten-unit complex just a short distance from the resort village.
The living area in this 1,225 square foot property features a wood burning fireplace and 46" flat screen TV. Views of the mountains can be enjoyed from a covered deck off the living room.
The well-equipped kitchen includes full-size stainless steel appliances and is open to the main living area. The table in the dining area seats five with additional seating at the bar for three. Additionally, the main floor features a half bath off the kitchen area.
Upstairs the master bedroom features a king bed and a 32" flat screen TV. A three quarter en suite bathroom is unique to this condo. Highlights include a large walk in shower and trough dual sink. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The den features twin bunk set and separate twin bed. A third bathroom, upstairs, is a shared full bath with a sink vanity. A washer and dryer are also located upstairs.
Guests of Sherpa 7 enjoy exclusive access to our Sherpa Complex outdoor hot tub, a special amenity shared by only select Whitefish Mountain Resort properties.
Air conditioning has been added for your summer comfort.
There's a shared gas BBQ grill located outside between the Sherpa and Anapurna buildings.
Each condo has use of a designated ski locker and indoor garage parking for one car per condo. Additionally, all condos offer mountain views with walk-in/walk-out access or a shuttle stop just across the road.
There is no elevator in the building, so please note that all Sherpa properties do require some amount of stair climbing, with the upper-most units requiring guests to walk up several flights.

This was our first VRBO experience and we felt it was pretty good. It has been nicely renovated, but the master bathroom did not have electricity the first night. The resort maintenance staff was able to take a look at it the following day. An inconvenience, but worked for the rest of our stay. The parking garage was very narrow and tricky to navigate. Our kids loved their bunk beds, aka “birds’ nest”. We will have to see how future VRBOs compare. Might consider another stay.

Property was as advertised, and the folks at WMR Lodging were very responsive to any minor issues. Cooked several meals with groceries from town and made use of the surprisingly good market connected to lodging check-in. Quite nearly ski-in/ski-out once you figure out the best options. Coming home, take Hailey's under Chair 3 and turn left at Kristiana. Going to the lifts, walk around the corner to Larch parking lot and ski down to Chair 6. Only minor complaint is the hot-tub code seems to be widely known in the community, lots of non-guests made prime hours quite busy.

Our family had a great experience here. Great location that is away from the hustle and bustle yet close to everything. If you are considering a visit, you know how beautiful it is, so you don't need a review on that. The condo is extremely clean, well stocked, and provides plenty of space. It won't disappoint.
