GROUND FLOOR
The Entertainment Room with Half Bath: every luxury mountain resort managed by Samsara has set aside a special space where family members and guests can gather to spend quality time together, maybe play darts or a board game, compete with each other in video games using the most advanced Xbox One S Console, or even just chill and relax on the couch watching our Samsung 65" UHD Curved Smart TV, which you will rarely see in a 5-start hotel. The Entertainment Room is also equipped with a queen-size soft bed.
The Laundry Room: Ready for laundry work? You are all set! Our laundry room features a multi-functional washer and dryer, a Panasonic steam electric iron with a stand-up ironing board, and almost everything you can think of in your own laundry room.

The Living Room: The living room features high vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows that provide an abundance of natural light and wonderful mountain views. We recently stayed three nights right before Christmas and had the most amazing time at The Peak. Experienced VRBO travellers, there were quite a few things that stood out with this experience.The house: The peak is a townhouse in a newly built portion of Canmore and is situated right across from The Lodges. It was specifically designed to accommodate a large family or a group of visitors, offering four full bedrooms and also more sleeping space in the living room as well as the basement. The house had no problem fitting three families with a total of ten adults. Everything feels very new and also very luxurious. Contrary to many rentals, The Peak has everything you need in the kitchen and in the rooms. But there are also many things beyond the ordinary. Like memory foam mattresses or Netflix and YouTube on the 65inch TVs in every room. And should something be missing? Just write a message in the app, which leads to the next point:Communication: This was phenomenal. Everyday, I got a message asking if we were alright and if anything was missing. One time I did have a concern (the door wasn't locking properly and Netflix was locked on most TVs) someone came out within twenty minutes and fixed it. And when on our day of departure I needed urgent communication? Instant responses. Summary: Our experience at The Peak was beyond anything we expected and hoped for when we booked it. We will want to go there again no question.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed that it was walkable and still had majestic views! The heated floors in the bathrooms were amazing! The balcony was comfortable and had great low lighting. The host Anton was super responsive when we asked for a fan. I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone looking to explore Banff, Kananaskis, Canmore etc. Thank you Anson!

Very nice place, with 10 adults and 1 baby we all had our own rooms and bathroom. The basement with the pull out doesn’t have a shower so one bathroom had to be shared for showering. Plenty of space and nicely decorated. With 3 vehicles parking was a little difficult on the weekend but the weekday was fine. Would love to stay here again but would note that there are ALOT of stairs. 5 levels so not suitable for those with mobility issues.

If you cannot climb or dislike stairs, this is not the place for you. Positives: easy check in, the beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean. It’s also within walking distance to downtown Canmore. For the most part the cleanliness was adequate. Negatives:1) there was a lot of junk stored in the garage making it difficult to park a car the size of a Rav4. 2) the kitchen needed more attention to being clean. We found old chunks of food from previous tenants on cooking sheets requiring a thorough cleaning before use. One of our party cut her feet on broken glass bits in the kitchen. Fortunately not severe enough to warrant a trip to the hospital but painful nonetheless. Ironically when you first enter the condo there is a small sign instructing tenants to go shoeless and “rock your socks”. There were burnt out frying pans that needed replacing because they were unusable. The bbq had been damaged by previous tenants to the point where the thermometer fell off when the cover was opened. (this was replaced by mgmt). 3) Very hard to see the majestic mountains and scenery because the outside windows were filthy. 4) the outside camera on the front porch was dangling down by its wire, and the electrical connection was not up to code (one of our members is a certified electrician). items brought to the attention of management were acted on but having paid top dollar for this place I don’t feel we received value for our money
