Look no further, this property has is all!! Quaint cove location with main channel view in the exclusive "Estates" division on Tan Tar A resort. Large private dock with sundeck. Lakeside martini deck with firepit. You can fit a large group (up to 14) with 1 King bed, 4 Queen beds, 1 bunkbed set, a pullout sofa and 1 queen air mattresses. You will enjoy lake views from every bedroom with private decks, perfect for your morning coffee or a glass of wine at the end of the day.

This home is family owned and managed. We open our home to others that are looking to spend a great getaway at our favorite lake.
Tan Tar A requires you to register your golf cart with them if you bring one. You can register it in advance by calling 573-693-0056. No trailers can be parked in the estates. You can call Lakeside RV 573-200-6685 to arrange parking there for a fee. No glass bottles or pets are allowed in the community pools.

We had a nice weekend stay with plenty of room. Unit did offer a nice washer/dryer with detergent, coffee was also available for the brewed canister style as well as kuerig, also salt, pepper and a few other spices was available, as well as soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. It was nice for each bedroom to have their own bathroom. There were various size life jackets available on the dock too. The pool was only about 1 mile away which owner did direct us to promptly when asked. We did go to the inside waterpark one day at Margaritaville. They did tell us the Tan tar a estates is no longer considered "on property" but entrance was only 5 more. Just a few things that we noticed: there were no garbage bags in the trash cans so we did need to go buy some. (The trash receptacle was right by the designated parking area so that was convenient.) Maybe a few extra coffee cups and eating utensils, dish towels would be nice for larger groups. The sliding glass door to the patio needs some TLC. It looks like it was put on backyards so maybe the weather has caused it to stick but it was a struggle for some of us to open. We did enjoy our stay and would stay here again. Very convenient location.

A group of us, all in our thirties, stayed over the 4th of July weekend, and we really enjoyed it! The photos show the house exactly as it is. It’s a great house in a good location. We enjoyed eating Margaritaville and the landshark swim up bar which are a short 5 minute drive. Each bedroom is large and has its own bathroom and door to the deck which was great for sharing with multiple couples. We only had 5, but we easily could’ve slept 10 comfortably. The dock gets a lot of shade and was great for swimming in the morning and drinks at night. The fire pit area is great and so cute (we didn’t use since it was 100 degrees this weekend). Communication was great and fast with the host. Very friendly, helpful and nice. We could definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend booking this home. Thank you for letting us rent your home for a fun weekend!!

This home is lovely; we really liked the 3 bedroom, 3 bath that each had their own level. The only downside was shopping and restaurants weren’t close but we made it work. A great place to stay for relaxation!

We had a great time getting together as a family at this property. This was a great place to stay with babies. There are two bedrooms downstairs with plenty of room for pack n plays for the babies to sleep while the adults hang out on the patio or on the dock with a baby monitor. The master bedroom and the living room both also have nice chairs to rock little ones. The interior of the property was freshly cleaned. Others had noted an odor on site which was noticeable but expected at an older lakefront home. This didn’t really bother any of us. The dock fire pit area was a little unkept (big spiderwebs etc) so we didn’t really spend time there, but this was not unexpected since it is outdoors, we just preferred hanging out on the nice and spacious patios. One of the bedroom doors downstairs does not shut all of the way.
