- Stays of 30 nights or longer are managed by P.S. Platinum Property Management, Inc. (DRE 02215202) and are subject to additional lease terms.
- Maximum occupancy of 3, sleeps 2 people in beds (1 King bed)
- There is a pet fee of $150/pet. Pets must be approved at booking.
- P.S. Platinum has partnered with Truvi, a verification platform. Upon booking, you will be asked to complete a verification prompt along with your rental agreement.
- This property enforces a No Smoking policy, both within and outside the home - NO EXCEPTIONS
- This home is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy around loud noise, excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighbors, over-occupancy, and parties.

There were some white dog hairs on the living room floor. The kitchen knives were dull. A bread knife would have been helpful. Otherwise, the owners were very responsive and prompt to our questions and concerns.

The house is cute. The pool and hot tub are very nice. BUT this property is literally right off the I5 interstate. The traffic noise is so loud. It kept us from enjoying the patio and outdoor space.
