Welcome to your perfect Emerald Isle getaway! This inviting 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom beach retreat offers comfort, convenience, and all the coastal charm you need for a memorable stay. Located just a small walk from public beach access, you can be lounging in the sand or splashing in the waves in no time.
Inside, the home features TVs in every bedroom, so everyone can enjoy their own entertainment. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the cooking essentials you need to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to family feasts. The open layout makes it easy to gather and enjoy quality time together.
Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully planned, with three bedrooms on the third floor—including the primary suite—and a fourth bedroom on the second floor for added privacy. With three interior bathrooms plus a full outdoor bathroom, getting ready after a day at the beach is a breeze.
Step outside to enjoy the fresh ocean air on the balcony or deck, each furnished with plenty of seating. Whether you’re sipping coffee while watching the sunrise, enjoying an afternoon snack, or winding down under the stars, the outdoor spaces make every moment special.
Situated close to the heart of Emerald Isle, you’ll be near local shops, restaurants, and attractions, yet still enjoy the peace of a coastal neighborhood. With the beach just steps away, modern comforts at your fingertips, and plenty of room for friends and family, Azure is the ideal place to create lasting seaside memories.
BED CONFIGURATIONS:
2 King Beds, 2 Queen Beds, and 1 Bunk Bed
WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed under 25 lbs; the fee is $200+ tax per pet. This fee is non-refundable.
If you are booking online, select the number of pets at checkout. Otherwise, contact Spectrum Rental Properties directly to add the pet fee to your reservation.
OTHER NOTES:
-Fireplace is for decoration only.
-Bunk Beds have 150lb limit
-No smoking
-Staircase in the kitchen to the downstairs is steep
-Beach Access is about a 2 minute walk and located right across Howe Street

Our stay here was perfect. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The proximity to the beach was close and easy. We will definitely stay here again

The house was beautiful. There are a few things that could be better. The house is very hot upstairs and very cold on the main floor. You are freezing when hanging out in the living room and very hot when trying to sleep. The fan in the primary bedroom would not turn on. The shower pressure was also not good. The upstairs bedroom with the queen bed had a fan that worked but it looks like it’s going to come out of the ceiling, shaking and making a lot of noise. I would have given a list to folks managing but we were only here a few nights. I didn’t want to spend the whole time detailing with these things.
Overall, this was a great house. Great proximity to the beach. Great views.

This house was perfect for our 7 person group. Great location, one row back from the beach, and very comfortable furnishings inside. Full outdoor bathroom is also a very nice touch. Highly recommend.
