Custom-built and designed to take advantage of the gorgeous views, this home's comfortable floorplan includes an open kitchen/living/dining area, family room, and roomy master suite, all of which led to an expansive deck and the beautiful pastures beyond. Skylights, vaulted ceiling, window seats, an oversized garage, a secluded in-ground pool. beautiful and comfortable property. very well appointed with supplies, condiments and water. Thank you. The major detractor was the spa/pool management. We followed the instructions on the video but could not get the spa to heat up. the owner heated it remotely but the jets went off and we could not get them back on- we used the features button on the app - but nothing. we couldn't figure out how to get the outside lights on, pool or spa. once we were all done after 10 pm, the outside lights came on and no matter what button we pushed, we couldn't get them off. this really spoiled the one team unity activity we plan - one of the major purposes of investing 14K in this meeting. We do this twice a year, but I would not be able to choose this location again only because of the pool/spa issue.

Beautiful home in the hills of California. Views are amazing and place has everything you need. Salinas is 10 minutes away for any needs you have
