Nestled near the Lonsdale Quay, this unique fully furnished FLOATING suite sits at the Mosquito Creek Marina, North Vancouver, BC.

Mosquito Creek Marina is a secured gated community that overlooks downtown Vancouver, Stanley Park and has picturesque views of the local North Shore mountains.

Walking distance to the sea bus which takes you to downtown Vancouver, Lonsdale Quay where there is lots of food, shops, fun and entertainment.

Minutes drive or walk to local tourist attractions, beaches, local mountains and nature walks.

This brand new modern suite includes all new appliances, gas stove, dishwasher, fridge and gas fireplace. Free WIFI. Smart televisions in both living and bedroom. Bedroom has queen bed and living room has queen pullout couch.

Shared laundry (upon request) and secured private entrance on side of the home.

Note: parking is not included, however there is pay parking in the Marina secured lot adjacent to the property and pay parking in unsecured gravel lot (Indigo Parking). There is also 2hr free street parking around the Marina.

Great place in a cool location! Host was wonderful and communication was easy. Location was 10 min walk to Seabus station where you can take a 10 min ferry to downtown Vancouver. traffic in Vancouver is crazy so this was easy and cheap way to go vs driving or ride share options.

We loved our stay at floating retreat! It was located in such a peaceful environment. The apartment was immaculate and so beautifully designed. We were so lucky to spend some time with the owners. Such kind and thoughtful people with an adorable little dog. We would recommend the place to anyone.

The location, property and host were all excellent. It was just as nice, if not nicer than the photos provided. It was such a great and unique location. We enjoyed watching the seals, checking out the marine leaf including starfish and the bike paths. The only thing that could have made it better, is if we could have stayed longer! Great place!

OUTSTANDING stay at Sea La Vie. We almost booked a boring hotel for the same price - and I’m so glad we didn’t. This suite was the perfect location for both exploring downtown (super close to the SeaBus terminal) and enjoying the more outdoorsy North Van area. Marilyse and Mike could not have been more welcoming but also respected our privacy - allowing us to enjoy our visit in peace. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in their unique property. They’d thought of everything - from coffee pods to colouring pens for our kiddo. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to friends and family and we hope to return one day!

We had a great stay on their floating retreat with beautiful views. Easy access to the SeaBus to head to downtown Vancouver but lots of things to do near the boat community as well! Clean and had everything we needed. The host were super nice and very responsive. Would absolutely stay again!

Check in, stay & check out information was very detailed & straightforward; location was quite good; unit was clean & appeared to be recently renovated; having a few games available & outside chairs & umbrella were all good ideas; we very much appreciated the welcome card (with choc bar). One suggestion: replace the blinds; they offer little privacy when on the docks, looking into the unit.

What a fantastic and unique place to stay and the surroundings are beautiful. We saw 2 seals playing in the morning. The movement of the house does make a squeaking noise against the dock that could disturb sleep, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The hosts are so friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Definitely recommend this property!

Marilyse and Michael were wonderful hosts. It's very cool to stay on a houseboat. Very peaceful location. You can walk to tons of great restaurants and breweries. Short drive to Lynn Canyon or downtown Vancouver. Rental was in excellent condition and very clean.

If you want something different, quiet but easy access to anything Vancouver area, this is it. Our host was fantastic. Helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again. Just a note if you have alot of heavy luggage like we did for our alaska cruise tour, and the tide is out, it is tough sledding to get your luggage up the ramp to exit the marina. Just a quirk of staying at a really unique place

I brought my teen son up to Vancouver for our first Mother-Son solo trip. We had an incredible trip with memories that will last a lifetime. We were in Vancouver for the marathon and this was a great place to stay. 10 minutes walk to the ferry and restaurants at Lonsdale Quay, we could sit by the water and watch the seals play. The unit is well equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable.
