Lovingly furnished ground-floor vacation rental in Gurtnellen (near the Andermatt-Sedrun Ski Arena). Private one-bedroom vacation rental for four people, located by the river at 737m in Gurtnellen. It lies on the north-south axis and is 14km from both the lake and the ski area. (15-minute drive)

"Casa Restelli" was built in 1898 from granite by three Italian workers, along with two other houses, and is situated directly on the north-south axis, not far from the Gotthard Pass. The Wassen highway exit is 4 km away. The entire house is a listed historic building and occupies a prominent location in the Wiler district on the Reuss River.
“Davide Restelli”—one of the three Italian builders—constructed the house in the center of the village, on the largest plot of land not far from the Reuss River in the so-called Wiler district of Gurtnellen, which is part of the Upper Reuss Valley.
The house has been family-owned for many years. The residents are quiet, and the vacation apartment faces south.

The bathroom with a rain shower is compact but has been designed with great care.
The bedroom features 4 beds (1 measuring 160x200 cm and 1 measuring 140x200 cm) as well as closets for storage.
The shared garden area includes a grill station where you can sit together comfortably.
There is a parking space in front of the house. Bicycles can be stored indoors, and pets are allowed upon request.
