About this house rental
Beautiful panoramic villa located in the tourist complex of Costa Paradiso, a vast territory of about 800 hectares largely destined to a natural park.
The house enjoys a panoramic position overlooking the sea, immersed in the green of the Mediterranean and surrounded by magnificent red granite rocks shaped by the wind, in ancient times, in fantastic forms.
The house consists of a large and bright living room with two sofas (bed), equipped kitchen, double bedroom, bedroom with two beds, bathroom with shower, closet.
Outside is surrounded by a private garden with patio and panoramic veranda, excellent situation to eat and stay outdoors and enjoy wonderful sunsets on the island of Asinara
It also has a private parking space, washing machine, TV.
The complex of Costa Paradiso where the house is located overlooks the gulf of Asinara whose coast is characterized by a beautiful cliff with clear emerald waters and inlets, coves and wonderful bays like Li Cossi and Tinnari (the latter can be reached by sea with comfortable shuttle service) considered among the most beautiful in Sardinia.
The complex is equipped with shopping centers with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, music venues, tobacconists, drugstores, newspapers, shops of all kinds, sports center with swimming pool, tennis courts and soccer fields.
Scuba lovers can have a diving with guided dives and courses with patent issuance.
At the boat club it is possible to rent and haul dinghies or small boats.
Near the complex there are other beautiful beaches such as Cala Sarraina La Marinedda, Li Feruli.
Along the way there are many farms where you can taste the typical Gallura dishes such as Malloreddus, Culurgiones, Culunzones, the renowned Sardinian Porcetto, the Seadas and various types of sweets, washed down with excellent Vermentino di Gallura, Cannonau liqueur Mirto and Filu Ferro
