LE ROCCE is a small residence set in the beautiful Sardinian rocks, in a quiet and spectacular, consisting of two villas: VILLA LE ROCCE and ROCCETTE, each with its own jacuzzi !!
LE ROCCETTE is a three-family villa consisting of three identical units: ROCCETTE BLU, ROCCETTE AZZURRE and ROCCETTE TURCHESE, completely independent each one composed of a living room with kitchenette, double bedroom with bathroom and bedroom with bunk bed and another bathroom with shower.
A large French window gives access to the large terrace overlooking the sea; from the terrace you can access the beautiful garden surrounded by scenic rocks where often wild boars will come to visit you; in the south-facing garden there are lovely open spaces where you can sunbathe and a modern mini jacuzzi reserved for guests of the 3 units of ROCCETTE where you can enjoy beautiful views and refresh yourself lying in the water and refreshed by the whirlpool.
Casa ROCCETTE TURCHESE is one of the units of the three-family villa LE ROCCETTE of the 'LE ROCCE' 'complex. has a large living room with a sofa bed, a very nice kitchenette with built-in counter and built-in closets with shutters, where the washing machine is placed: extremely simple and not luxurious but cool and comfortable, perfect for couples or families up to 3 children.
A large French window gives access to the large terrace overlooking the sea where there is enough space for a comfortable table to eat and for deckchairs and sun loungers to relax in the sun; the terrace has direct access to the beautiful garden surrounded by scenic rocks where often wild boars will come to visit you; from here you access the solarium and the modern private jacuzzi, in common with ROCCETTE AZZURRE and BLU
The living room leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms overlooking the garden on the side and back of the house

Costruita con sapienza rispettando la bellezza del paesaggio che è indiscutibilmente protagonista di questa esperienza. Noi abbiamo apprezzato la semplicità e l'attenzione sia dell'arredo che degli accessori, nelle vicinanze spiagge con panorami unici.

We spend a very nice holiday in Costa Paradiso. Small but nice house; sufficiently equipped, very beautiful view to the sea! Will surely come again! Thank you Guiliana!

Le logement est bien agencé.
L'ensemble cuisine séjour terrasse est grand et agréable; la chambre parentale est grande par contre la deuxième chambre est très étroite et à réserver à de petits enfants.
Le carrelage est à refaire et la baie vitrée est un peu abîmée.
Belle vue mais on est dans un très grand village vacances même si c'est très bien intégré dans les rochers.
La plage est très petite et il faut s'expatrier pour profiter sereinement de la mer.
Difficile de mettre un SUP et surtout un kayak à l'eau.
Les sangliers sont effectivement bien présents.
