Our stay in Obertraun was perfect. The house is located a short walk from the lake and play area, where my grandchildren spent hours playing. Hans was the most gracious host, helping us locate grocery store, places of interest, etc. The area is rich in history and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the ice caves and salt mines. And to end the day enjoying a fine Austrian bier sitting by the lake.

We had a great seven nights at this charming place at Hallstättersee. Very comfortable and well appointed. Very nice to be able to do a load of laundry as well. So close to the lake and easy walk to the shops. Super spot. We’d love to return. t was a fabulous place which we would heartily recommend. Thank you so much!!

This home was the perfect stay for our group of 6 traveling. Full kitchen, large beds, many bathrooms, as well as a large common room with Smart TV (and fast WiFi). The owner, Hanz, was extremely nice and helpful. The home is close to the lake and is a short bus ride to the Dachstein. There is a large yard and excellent views. 100% recommend.
