Summary:
Beautiful brownstone located in DC’s fabulous Dupont Circle - great for families and busy executives alike! Stay in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in D.C., and in one of the city's most well-reviewed homes!
The Space:
Wonderful large 2 bed 2 bath home is part of a brownstone, just 0.2 mile / 3-minute walk to Dupont metro station and everything Dupont offers. Great for business travelers!
Over 1000 square feet of contemporary comfort;
-The property has been completely re-decorated with all new high end furniture (west elm, room & board etc). We can comfortably sleep 4 guests in a king sized bed, and a queen sized bed in bedroom #2.
-Brand new 4K, Ultra Hi-Def TV with all premium channels included.
-Excellent WIFI (the apartment is equipped with a BRAND new Eeero Wifi 6 - the latest technology - to deliver faster speeds, increase efficiency, and reduce network congestion. Say goodbye to dead spots and buffering, and work from home with a better signal than at the office!).
- Laptop friendly workspace for executives who need to get some work done from the space.
-Full kitchen with Dining area should you choose to eat in, although you are just steps away from some of the best restaurant choices in D.C.!
Come stay in our perfect executive suite; ideal for those coming to the District on business or pleasure!
- There is parking available in a commercial garage and the entrance is right across the street on the same block.
While we can’t guarantee parking, some guests have also had luck getting temporary permits from neighboring police stations. Guests would need to bring their trip itinerary with their full name, dates of stay, and street address of the residence.
This is at the discretion of the police stations however, and cannot be guaranteed.
Guest Access:
The apartment has its own entrance and is completely separate from the main house. Easy 24hr access via a lock box.
The Neighborhood:
The hub of activity in Dupont Circle often makes it feel like DC’s true city center. This trendsetting neighborhood boasts more long-term residents than summer interns, lending it a lived-in quality that’s uncommon in a city of new arrivals.
More restaurant choices than you would ever have time for and cute shops to browse and enjoy.
Getting Around:
Dupont Metro station is a few minutes walk and sits on the Red line. Easy access to Mall, Monuments and Museums.
Other Things to Note:
- We are on call 24/7 should you need assistance.
- The English basement has its own entrance and is completely separate from the main house. Easy 24hr access via a lock box.
- The bedrooms are adjacent via connecting doors.
- Family-friendly amenities such as a Pack 'n Play are available upon request.

Lovely lower unit in the heart of DC, great home base for accessing all the wonders that DC and the region have to offer!Would rebook without hesitation for my next trip.

The process and the location were definitely the best part of the trip. The actual apartment is located in the basement of a very old building. While it offers nostalgia, it also comes with signs of mold and wear and tear. CONS: Doors don’t shut easily or quietly if you want to move about while others are sleeping. The cookware needs replaced. The temperature is impossible to control. The window coverings allowed too much light from the street lights and the sunlight. PROS: The two bedroom, two bath simplified life as a family of four. The owner was very nice and helpful. The location (walkability) was perfect for eating, shopping and getting to the Metro. The beds were very comfortable. The basics for eating in were readily available. The neighborhood was generally quiet and we felt safe. I would definitely recommend it and would stay again if I need that much space.
