The house itself is designed with your comfort in mind. The fully equipped kitchen ensures you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals after a day of exploration. The bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to cater to various needs. The two primary bedrooms offer king-sized beds, and one of them also features a twin day bed with a twin trundle, if you want the kid(s) nearby. The third bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed. There is an additional small bunk alcove if you prefer to give the kids their own space
Outside, the expansive deck invites you to savor the fresh mountain air while you enjoy outdoor seating, dining, and a gas grill. Stay warm with the outdoor gas heater, ensuring you can comfortably enjoy the outdoors all year round.
This space is not only designed for your enjoyment but also for your peace of mind. To maintain the tranquil atmosphere, we ask our guests to be considerate and avoid hosting parties. Please note that there is a noise monitor in the living area, and excessive noise may result in additional charges or reservation cancellation.
To ensure the well-being and health of the homeowner, we kindly request that no pets, including emotional support animals, are brought to the property due to allergies. Our personal home has a no-pet policy, and any violation will incur a $500 fee for thorough carpet cleaning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Frisco, we love the town! We enjoyed grilling on the deck, playing games in the yard and enjoying the hot tub after a long hike. In the evenings we enjoyed watching movies - it was great to have comfy seating for everyone. The kitchen was great for morning breakfast, coffee and making snacks/lunches for our days out. Plenty of room for 6 adults to enjoy. Thanks for sharing - mtns are our happy place.

Comfortable with plenty of room for six members of our family and well stocked kitchen and baths. Convient location to ski slopes, restaurants and shopping.

Very nice house and good communication And response. HOWEVER, the house has the noisiest radiant water heating system I have ever seen. Couldn’t sleep at all except those of us who were deaf. Also hot tub was nasty, though they responded quickly to that and had it cleaned. Also found large wad of hair in one of the showers
