Pet Friendly!!! 4 Bedroom that locks off and could be rented as a 3 bedroom plus a studio. King bed in Master, Queen in second bedroom, Queen plus a Twin Bunk in Third bedroom. Studio will have kitchenette, King bed and Queen sized sofa sleeper. Additional Queen sized sofa sleeper in the living area. Other amenities are gas fireplace, private laundry, 1 car garage, common grilling area and common exercise room. Building has a great clubhouse with indoor and outdoor hot tubs, indoor/outdoor pool, sauna and game room. Owners purchased this property in Sep25 and are planning upgrades to the property to be completed by Dec25. Property is on the short term rental waitlist with the Town of Frisco so it can only be rented for 30 day or longer terms at this time.
