Newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home located in a quiet Spokane Valley neighborhood. This space offers a bright and airy feel with all the comforts of home making it a perfect place to stay while visiting Spokane Valley. New appliances and modern touches throughout are sure to make for a relaxing and convenient stay. The home is equipped with WiFi and video steaming is available on all of the smart TVs as well as smart lock technology on front and back doors for convenient self check-in.
Our family friendly home offers a king master bedroom, a queen room, and a bunk room with 2 full beds perfect for traveling with children. Enjoy the new hot tub and BBQ in the privacy of the spacious fenced backyard. Conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, and less than 15 minutes from downtown! Plenty of free off street parking available as well as secured parking behind the gated driveway and enjoy the convenience of our new EV charger! BOOK NOW!

If you use the BBQ during your stay, please clean it prior to checkout.

We try and offer our guests a clean and orderly home so we ask that you try to leave the house as clean and close to how you found it as possible. Thank you!

HOT TUB RULES
1. NO Pregnant women, children and those with heart disease
2. ASK your doctor before getting in if you take medicines or have medical condition
3. Don’t get in tub if you have open sores or wounds, or cuts, or diarrhea
4. SHOWER off particles, oils, cosmetics, hair gels, etc…before getting in
5. No drugs or alcohol use before or during
6. No pets, pee, or procreation allowed in the tub
7. Limit your soak to 15 minutes at a time
8. Keep your head, arms and upper chest out of the water to avoid overheating
9. Stay hydrated before getting into the hot tub
10. Get out if you feel dizzy, overheated, nauseous, or unwell
11. Close the lid when you are finished
12. Do Not sit, lay or stand on the hot tub cover
13. Be careful when getting out so you don’t slip and fall!
Breaking these rules can result in termination of your reservation and removal from the property.
There will be a $100 dollar charge if the water has be changed from these rules not being followed.
