About this villa rental
Villa located in Alozaina, province of Malaga, Andalucia.
This welcoming two-storey villa is the ideal place to spend your well-deserved holidays. It is located in the middle of olive yards, north of Alozaina, which ensures the privacy and quietness you’ll need to recharge your batteries. It has air conditioning in three of its rooms and the living room.
The villa features four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms so that all the guests can be at ease. On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms with a double bed each, and one with a bunk bed and a single bed. The same floor also relies on one spacious bathroom with shower and one with a bathtub and a double washbasin. There is another bathroom with shower on the ground floor, together with a bedroom with a double bed and a gorgeous vintage wardrobe.
The living area, located on the ground floor, comprises a roomy dining-living room, with fireplace and extremely comfortable sofas, and a huge independent kitchen, where you will find all that you need to prepare yourself some mouth-watering menus. The style that runs throughout the villa is rustic, typical of the rural accommodations of southern Spain. This is a plus, as you can enjoy yourself in a quiet surrounding, but with all the comforts you are used to at home.
The outdoor area features a patio, where a private pool is located. And if you feel like cooking on the outside, you’ll be happy to know that there is a covered kitchen with a barbeque near the pool. There’s nothing else we can say, you’ll just have to come and discover this villa by yourself.
The access to the house is made possible by a 150 mt-long unpaved lane.

Very nice Villa, corresponds exactly to the photos. We had an excellent week. However, it was not noted that it was necessary to give a deposit of 300 €, and we were asked for the balance of the rental even though we had paid the stay in full before our arrival. Apart from that, nothing to complain about, excellent villa.

Sehr schöne Villa, entspricht genau den Fotos. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Es wurde jedoch nicht vermerkt, dass wir eine Anzahlung von 300 € leisten mussten, und wir wurden nach dem Restbetrag der Miete gefragt, obwohl wir den Aufenthalt bereits vor unserer Ankunft vollständig bezahlt hatten. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu beanstanden, ausgezeichnete Villa.

Das Haus ist atemberaubend, die Landschaft atemberaubend, sehr sauber! Es gibt alles, was Sie brauchen.
Das einzige kleine Problem ist, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt, da es extrem heiß ist 🥵
