In a gated and well maintained enjoy this recently newly equipped apartment on the ground floor with sea views from the living room and terrace and direct access to the beach within 50 meters.
The sandy beach can perfect its bronzing but also to get in the shade.
The town of Mold is an active place of life or mixture and local tourists and where you will find the only maraicher market the island as well as the best chicken Boucané.
Mold also has a surf spot and another windsurfing / kitesurfing and is within 20 minutes of St. Francis and the tip of castles.

It is not often that you find a clean, comfortable, convenient, secure and reasonably priced accommodation on an upscale French Caribbean island. This apartment is exactly that rare combination😃. Located directly on the coast in La Moule; a lively town on the Northeast coast of Basse Terre the location could not be more convenient. The apartment offers modern amenities within a beautifully landscaped and gated community. There are stunning views from your private veranda as well as an assigned parking space for your vehicle.
The bedroom offers a very comfortable queen size bed and is fully air conditioned. This air conditioning unit is more than adequate to keep the entire apartment comfortable.
I the modern kitchen; the convection oven and clothes washer provide the opportunity to prepare great meals as well as keeping your all your clothes and beach towels laundered. A wonderful home base to explore the beautiful island of Guadeloupe... I can't wait to return!

The views from the terrace were beautiful. Apartment was a short walk to town but also had free parking for those renting a car. The A/C unit in the bedroom made it comfortable at night. However, the apartment is not well-maintained. Several light bulbs were burned out. The light switch in the bathroom stopped working, and apparently no one was available to repair it during our stay. There was no smoke alarm. The stove top did not work. We were provided the incorrect WiFi information. Be prepared for a very "Caribbean" attitude if you decide to rent this property!
