In a gated and well maintained enjoy this recently newly equipped apartment on the ground floor with sea views from the living room and terrace and direct access to the beach within 50 meters.
The sandy beach can perfect its bronzing but also to get in the shade.
The town of Mold is an active place of life or mixture and local tourists and where you will find the only maraicher market the island as well as the best chicken Boucané.
Mold also has a surf spot and another windsurfing / kitesurfing and is within 20 minutes of St. Francis and the tip of castles.
Rental 4 people (140 bed and 1 sofa bed).
The apartment includes: 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 wardrobe, 1 living room with sofa bed 2 places, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchenette, 1 living room, TV, BBQ, fan, terrace for relaxation and small garden. Pets allowed.
The linen is provided: towels, sheets, fitted sheets and pillowcases.

Nous avons passé trois semaines dans cette location,.
Bon emplacement et trés belle vue ,propre.
Seul petit bémol manque quelques ustensils de cuisine. et la banquette pas un canapé.Merci à Marina qui nous à bien reçu.

L'appartement est agréable et bien placé, beauté du paysage,tranquillité, près des commodités.
En revanche il n'est pas conçu pour 4 personnes à tous point de vue: le lit de la chambre est correct mais le canapé lit du salon est etroit pour 2 et surtout totalement inconfortable.
L'équipement ménager est très sommaire. 3 couteaux,2 fourchettes,pas de couteaux de cuisine ,pas de couvercle,la moitié de l'essoreuse salade...donc pas utilisable,l'accès au placard est très difficile.

The views from the terrace were beautiful. Apartment was a short walk to town but also had free parking for those renting a car. The A/C unit in the bedroom made it comfortable at night. However, the apartment is not well-maintained. Several light bulbs were burned out. The light switch in the bathroom stopped working, and apparently no one was available to repair it during our stay. There was no smoke alarm. The stove top did not work. We were provided the incorrect WiFi information. Be prepared for a very "Caribbean" attitude if you decide to rent this property!
