Havens By The Sea STE C Cozy Walk to Beach lots of area entertainment.

I did not get the unit i wanted - unit C - reserved,confirmed and paid for over 6 months prior to my stay. Received a phone call the nite prior to arrival that their was a double booking issue and question if i could come a day later or leave a day earlier. NO. When they got back to me that all was worked out I was given code for access to unit B. I did not book unit B. C clearly offered 2 beds, not a bed and a sofa bed(unit B). I would have booked a different location. The AC not adequate for comfort. Needed a unit for the back - 1 bedroom. Unsufferably hot and stuffy. Had to crank the front area unit at "igloo " and wear a sweatshirt to be even able to try to sleep in the bedroom and not til after midnight. Other advertised amenities not present - hair dryer, shampoo( not needed, but not there as advertised). No instructions left for access to wifi and tv, where to dispose trash, location of washer/dryer( found upon inquiry for missing set of sheets for sofa bed). No vent in bathroom so one has to attempt to dry off in hot dampness. Lacking a full set of silverware - 1 large fork & 4 small forks. It was clean.
