About this house rental
Come get away to our newly remodeled home with everything you need to relax and unwind. This house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms dedicated office space with HIGH speed internet and a private pool located in a quiet neighborhood.
Near everything that Southwest Florida has to offer, our home is just 5 minutes from Port Charlotte Beach Complex; 10 minutes to Fisherman's Village About a 30 minutes drive to beautiful Gasparilla Island. The world-famous Siesta Key beach is an hour drive away.
The space
Parking on-site. LIMIT to 2 cars per reservation.
There is a propane gas grill available. When the gas tank is empty on your turn, you are responsible for refilling should you want to use it. Besides, be sure to pack your own grill cleaning equipment to clean before usage. Basic cleaning is done, but we are not responsible for maintaining it as we cannot anticipate the level of usage from one family to the next. It would help if you were prepared to clean it yourself should you decide to use it during

Guests have access to an entire house. No sharing with the host or anyone.

The property appeared to be recently remodeled. Overall it was very clean and very comfortable. The layout of property suited our needs perfectly. We plan to return in the very near future for a few more trips to complete the work project we are currently working on.
