Rural house on the outskirts of Rute, in the province of Córdoba, Andalusia.
This vacation home is characterized by a rustic atmosphere, provided by the wooden furniture and charming details spread throughout all the rooms. The accommodation is a combination of two buildings; both provide enough space for the entire family to enjoy their vacation in the best possible way.
The first house is divided into two floors. Entering through the main door, you’ll find a hallway from which you have access to the first-floor bedrooms and the ground floor rooms. On the ground floor, you will have access to a living-dining room that shares space with a fully equipped kitchen, featuring a large island and all the utensils you might need during your stay. On this floor, you will also find a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
When you reach the first floor, you’ll encounter a small living room with a sofa bed for two people, a bathroom with a shower, and three bedrooms. One of these rooms has two single beds, another has a double bed, and the third bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Therefore, up to 11 people can stay in the first house of this accommodation.
The two floors of the other building are accessible by crossing the patio. On the ground floor, you'll find a kitchenette with a foosball table to keep the little ones entertained. On the first floor are the other two bedrooms of the accommodation, both accessible from the exterior terrace. These two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and a bathroom with a hydromassage shower each. This way, four more people can sleep in the second building, making the maximum capacity of the entire accommodation 14 people.
The patio characterizes the outdoor area; an outdoor dining area, a fabulous private pool, and an exterior bathroom with a shower complete the house's facilities. While sunbathing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings, you'll fall in love with the stunning mountain views that envelop the house, allowing you to relax like never before. Being able to share your vacation with your entire family and friends makes this house the ideal choice for your getaway.
Finally, the house features solar panels for electricity and hot water, thus giving your vacation a sustainable aspect.
Access to the house is possible via a 2.3 km dirt track.

El entorno es muy bonito con un paisaje de olivos espectacular y las vistas al pantano de Iznajar.Lastima que de debido a la sequía el pantano no estuviera en su mejor nivel

La casa es preciosa y acogedora, con cuartos amplios y bastantes baños, todo muy bonito y bien acondicionado. La zona de la piscina y barbacoa da mucho juego, y ese futbolin ha sido un éxito. El entorno es inigualable, las vistas espectaculares, posibilidad de darse paseos por esos senderos,....y visitamos el embalse de Iznajar que es precioso y hay actividades para realizar allí....
Con respecto al pueblo está a pocos minutos en coche y tiene de todo para comprar.
Y por último, y no menos importante, esos anfitriones de 10. Amables, simpáticos, serviciales y cualquier duda o contratiempo te lo resuelven. De hecho creíamos que entraban toallas de baño en el pack y no llevábamos, y se lo comenté a Paqui y en menos de 10 minutos vino con ellas, pese a que no entraba y sin coste añadido, de agradecer. Te lo pone todo muy fácil.
En resumen, ha sido una semana de relax con la familia, en una casa preciosa, bien equipada, en un entorno espectacular y unos anfitriones de 10.
Yo cada verano voy a una provincia diferente de Andalucía para ir conociendo sitios, pero si volviera a Córdoba, repetiría en esta casa sin duda.

Très jolie maison. Très bien située pour visiter Grenade, Malaga et Cordoue. Village avec tous les commerces nécessaires à à peine 10 minutes en voiture. Hôtes très accueillants, disponibles et réactifs.

This is a lovely rustic and simple cottage-like home in the midst of acres and acres of Olive tree groves. It is close to Rute where you can find all the essentials. Lake Iznajar is also close by and worth a visit. It’s about one to 1 ½ hours to the main cities (Cordoba, Malaga, Granada,) if you want to venture a day trip. Sevilla is about two hours away. The roads were unexpectedly great and easy to travel. We rented this villa as a “pied a terre” to visit Andalucía but also for a «family & friends» reunion and we will dearly cherish the memories. Cooking, BBQ, pool fun and late evening chats under a beautiful sky. Pool is beautiful and a «must have» in the Andalusian heat. We truly enjoyed our stay.
