Contemporary villa fully equipped - can accommodate a group of 16 people - Outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi (Swimming pool - open from May to September - (the swimming pool can be opened and heated in winter optional 350 €) Jacuzzi open all year) - at center of a 35 ares property. Located 30 minutes from the center of Brussels .. The exterior architecture is Japanese. Adventure Park and Walibi at 5 minutes. Suitable for group of friends. A very comfortable and spacious house with super outside facilities and a friendly and effecient host.We had good weather throughout our stay and we made extensive use of the pool and hot tub, which the children especially enjoyed. Joined by another family , we had a memorable bbq one evening for 20 guests and the Weber grill and kitchen facilities coped easily. In summary, all had a most enjoyable stay.

We really had a nice Weekend in the Villa. We enjoyed the time in the garden and in the pool. The Villa is also Not far away from Brussel, Gent or Dinat. Ideal for a daily trip.

We visited as a party of 11 adults and the villa was perfect for our needs. Stany was a great host who greeted us upon arrival and showed us around. He also explained how to use the facilities properly. The villa was large and in a secluded location. There is a restaurant and cafe down the road but apart from that you will need to travel by car. We did struggle to get taxis at times so it is recommended to rent a car or minivan to drive. The pool, hot tub and outdoor space was also fantastic. This included a gas barbecue with gas provided. The beds were comfortable and the indoor living spaces were well presented. In the main bedroom there is an older shower, which was not the best. The owner did say this was 25yrs old however and would be replacing it soon. Overall, a fantastic stay! Great communication with the host throughout. Thank you!

Loves the property close to Brussels. The manager was very helpful. the pool and hot tub where a big success for the kids but the house was not clean we mopped and wiped before enjoying our stay

We, a family of 8 (adults, teenagers and kids) have rented this villa in end of August 2017. The villa is amazing (very big, very practical, very impressive) with all the possible facilities: extremely well equipped, including a superb kitchen, saloon, 6 large rooms, showers, baths. The external pool was lots of fun, and the Jacuzzi perfect. We had a hard time convincing the kids to go out, all they wanted is to stay home and enjoy. The house was very clean and our host, Stany made sure our stay was perfect: he waited for us to arrive until late at night, he made sure the kitchen and the refrigerator were with initial supply. Stany was very responsive and helpful with all of our requests and needs. I warmly recommend this rental. Hugo
