The Good :- Garden - huge, trees for shade, well fenced for dogsPool - good size, private, comfortable furnitureHouse - comfortable, good air conditioningArea - beautiful, nice walks, friendly people.The Bad - VRBO listing states Hot tub (our selection criteria). There has never been a hot tub here. VERY disappointedSmall kitchen without basic cleaning materials (except anti-bacterial spray)Impossible to prepare a meal for for 8Sheets for 2 beds is 40 - not providedHalf a roll of toilet paper in one toilet none in the otherSome pines in the garden have high dangerous hanging branches Owner does not speak much English and feels that he can come and do pool maintenance any time - unacceptable, made it difficult to relaxFor improvement - Organise the kitchen - more cupboard space and available worksurfaceProvide cleaning cloths and liquids and maybe cooking basics - oil, herbs. (we left ours)Decor and some furniture is tired - needs refreshing. Exterior woodwork above the patio needs replacingPool surround tiles are grey, get very hot and need grouting in placesCorners of the garden are stacked with building materials - needs removingThe owner should notify when he will visit and then stick to the day/timeOverall it was a good holiday but we would not have chosen this place had we known there was no jaccuzi.For what you get, it was expensive for 2 people and I don't think 8 would be comfortable there.With some basic maintenance this place could be superb.

We enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable house, with a beautiful and spacious garden that offers a lot of privacy. The big pool makes this house complete: an awesome place! We will return.
