Beautiful Log Cottage Located Along Pine Creek

We love this property. The location is central to all the places we like to go: Wellsboro, Galeton, Coudersport, Corning and Watkins Glen. Rail trail right up the road. Pine Creek Outfitters practically next door. Log Cabin Inn two miles away. The cottage is immaculate. There is every type of kitchen item you need, except a Crock Pot (which was there last time we visited . . .). Some of yhe pots and oans are looking like theyve seen better days, so we bought a frypan to use during our stay. There is a brand new stove, however! Linens are provided. Plenty of towels and washcloths. There are air conditioners and fans that work beautifully. We stayed during two heat advisory days and were deliciously cool upon returning to the cabin after a long day out and about. The yard is nice and big with a huge fire pit. There was even some firewood there already. There is a charcoal grill and outdoor covered dining area with Edison bulbs--looked lovely at night. The price for the whole week in the height of the summer is unbeatable. We really enjoy staying here and wish we could more often. We highly recommend booking Tshudy's property. You will not be disappointed.

The cottage was so homey, we felt right at home. Loved the back yard. The location is great, however there is road noise being off a busy highway. Once inside there is very little noise. We were about 15 minutes drive into Wellsboro, but close to the Grand Canyon overlook.Would definitely stay again.

Very sweet and comfortable. The house was actually brown and not red as listed and on a major road not where it was listed. It took a few turns to find it.

The cabin was nice and clean. Back porch was beautiful and I loved walking the trail. My issue was the email I received just prior to check in. I've stayed numerous other places over time and I do not mind some rules but it was excessive. It even stated that since it wasn't a full week not to use certain amenities that had been listed. I felt as though my booking wasn't important so I did not enjoy my stay as much as I should have. I will not book here again. FYI it is illegal to burn plastic due to the highly toxic cancer causing chemicals it releases into the atmosphere.
