They can use entire space. Pool deck exterior work is going on. Except that you can use all space. Storage shed is not rented and so you cannot use storage shed.

Other things to note
House has well water. Refrigerator provides filtered well water.
Internet is fast most of the time. Sometimes it is spotty and little slow. Satellite based internet.
Pool is closed from Sep to April.
Pool is deep and no life guard present. Swim in pool at your own risk.
Swim or wade in the creek at your own risk.
Staircase to master bedroom from living room has relatively smaller hand rail and the foot step was relatively small.
Pictures of stair case will show that. Myself and other guests so far seems to have no issue climbing to upstairs.
Exterior pool deck extension is happening now.
Please book only if you are fine with work that will happen every Saturday. You can enjoy whole property otherwise.
Chickens are in the property lawn. Watch and enjoy them. Please do not try to catch them or feed them.

We were in the Albany area for an event and were lucky to have found this propery. It offered everything we needed and was cost effective for our party. This property was conveniently located 10 minutes from our event venu and no more than 10-15 minutes from a great selection of restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment. The house is a great size with one huge master suite (king bed) on the second floor and 3 additional bedrooms downstairs. When we stayed the bedrooms downstairs were set up in a queen, queen, and two twin configuration. So even though we only had 3 in our party the house would very comfortably accomodate 6 to 8. So many nice things to say and not much space, but there was plenty of hot water for our showers, large tv's, nice large kitchen that was fairly well stocked with appliances and cookwear. We were at this property in late January so we were not able to enjoy the outdoors but it looks like the grounds, the pool, game room, waterfall, and the outdoor living space in gerneral would be very nice in the warmer months. Were there shortcommings? Sure, but nothing that would prevent me from staying there again. WIth the size of the place we felt that the seating for dining and in the living room was a little tight. Some of the decor choices were very interesting and quirky, but nothing too over the top. But the rooster... know that there is a rooster and it does rooster things. If you don't want to be awake early every day, bring some ear plugs.
