Gorgeous 5 bedroom home

Home is bigger than expected. Very nice neighborhood. Beds could be done differently but that's just a preference. I would not have a kids room set up with a outside door and the nicest bathroom in the house. But everything was great and we enjoyed our stay.

The house was beautiful and very comfortable for our large family. It was exceptionally clean and there were plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood was lovely with a lot of beautiful older homes. The street was quiet and safe. The hosts were extremely responsive. This was one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in. We will definitely book here again next time we are in Columbus.

The property was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was clean and appealing but the 5 BR description is deceiving as the 5th "BR" is really a sitting area with a sleeper sofa. But, it turned out not to be a major problem as we worked it out and enjoyed our weekend stay. Communication was good and they property manager did not hesitate to allow us an exta hour to get out the property.

On the way to the property I received a text that there were no towels and that someone would be dropping them off before our arrival. We got there and the first thing we noticed was the Room Layout. The Listing was 5 Bedrooms - 1 King Room, 1 Queen Room, 1 Double Room, 1 room with 2 twins and 1 room with 3 Queens. We get there and the Double room is apparently a VERY SMALL Library style room with a Pullout Couch. We specifically booked this property because of the listing as we were 3 families each with 2 kids so that gave each set of parents their own room and the little kids and big kids could each share their own rooms. I spoke with the Property manager and the owner of the property - they were both very flippant about it that "they never had that complaint before". Whatever - we moved on... Then we were trying to find the "towels" - could not find ANY towels at all - mind you we were 12 people. So I called again about the towels and they said someone would bring them by. Before that person got there we found 4 towels (obviously not enough for all of us). Towel Lady showed up and hands us a garbage bag with the towels in it - OMG they REEKED of Cigarette Smoke! It was AWFUL!!! Thankfully we had Laundry detergent and we were able to wash them. ALL THAT SAID - I spoke with the Property Manager again and they issued us a 50% Refund and gave us a late check out - It was definitely a Rocky start to the weekend but it ended in a positive way and we had a nice time.
