In the magnificent setting of a 2200m2 property completely fenced in HYERES les Palmiers / La Crau, near the most beautiful sandy beaches in the region, come and stay in this CHARMING PROVENCAL MAS air-conditioned, comfortable with neat services - 82 M² - 9 GUESTS - PARKING ASSURED (2 or 3 seats in the property) - GROUND garden- and enjoy its traditional SUPERB landscaped pool and secure.
In a setting QUIET COUNTRY and SUNNY, the landscaped area (plants Mediterranean and exotic scent: lime, camphor tree, mimosa, almond trees, pines, palms, eucalyptus, lavender ...) It gives a panoramic view of the hills of the Moors. Surrounded by vineyards, pine forests and cork oaks, it is very pleasant to live in and well located for visiting the region.
Halfway between Toulon and Saint-Tropez, not far from the medieval village of BORMES LES MIMOSAS mimosas (where is the residence of the French President) and a short distance from the old town of Hyères les Palmiers (4km). It is just 8 km from the fine sandy beaches of HYERES LES PALMIERS and CARQUEIRANNE, it is 2.5 km from all shops and downtown LA CRAU;
