This condo has been recently remodeled and is perfect for a pleasant family vacation. It is located on the Meadows golf course at the end of the 15th fairway near the green. It is across the street from the SHARC, as well as a short walk on the bike path from the Sunriver Village Mall.
If you want to get around quicker, we provide bikes with the rental. We also include 6 SHARC passes. The SHARC includes access to the indoor and outdoor aquatic center. The condo is equipped with a heating system, a new air conditioning system, and a gas fireplace. Also included are 2 smart TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The property is approximately 1,014 square feet and it contains one full bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom. There is also a loft upstairs that features two twin beds and a full bathroom. The living room is equipped with a new, pull-out sleeper sofa as well.
The condo can sleep up to 6 people. Our condo is pet friendly, for an additional fee.

We arrived on July 3rd to avoid the fireworks that our two yr old golden retriever does not handle well. Thankfully this condo was the perfect solution so wonderfully quiet and peaceful. We all very much enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the golfers and enjoying the beautiful blue skies and spectacular sunsets. This is a wonderful place to stay at and will be back again:)

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! The location was perfect and the unit had everything we needed! They even were thoughtful enough to leave coffee pods for the Keurig! Everything was very clean and updated beautifully. We would highly recommend renting this property if you come to Sunriver!

Ive never been to Sun River so disnt know what to expect. Such a great spot. Clean, smelled great when we arrived, newly remodeled, all the bedding/kitchen/towels/appliances etc you would ever need. Decor was on point for the region, twin bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Every pillow type a person could want! Walking distance to the Shark and Village, situated facing west on the golf course. Great deck with shade. Quiet, dog friendly, lots of materials and books to read about the regions history. Drove up to a great dog park in Bend called Good Dog which is Disneyland for pups with greating trail hiking through the woods and river access...the dogs and we loved it. Had we stayed a bit longer we'd have used the bikes. Host Max was super responsive too. Highly recommend.
