Welcome to your Sunriver home base in the popular Meadow House complex—loved for its wide-open grassy areas where kids can run, play, and make those classic vacation memories.
On the mail level, you'll find a cozy and inviting living room with cable TV and a wood-burning stone fireplace, dining area with seating for 6, a fully stocked kitchen, with all of your cooking essentials, the primary bedroom with a California King bed and Smart TV and a full bathroom.
Upstairs, is a bright open loft that’s great for kids and extra guests with a queen bed, and a twin bunk bed, private bathroom and Smart TV.
Head outside and fire up the gas BBQ and enjoy dinner on the patio, then hop on one of the included adult bikes and cruise the paths Sunriver is famous for. Whether it’s a quick ride to coffee, a loop around the resort, or a sunset spin with the family—this is the kind of place where the days feel easy

Loved it. Extremely well stocked and appointed, with full kitchen supplies, books, games, bikes. Impeccably clean Very comfortable bed! Two patio areas, with expansive lawn in the back, among the trees. Very well located vis a vis SHARC and the Village.

Easy location, close to bike trails and quick walk to the village. The unit had everything we needed for cooking and the bed was very comfortable, Very quiet and nice outside patio to enjoy.

We were expecting a 3-star experience and were happy with most everything about our condo. Being outdoors exploring most of the day and evening meant we didn't have too much time in house. The location was nice and quiet, yet close to the village and other Sun River locales. Bed/furniture was comfortable. My suggestions to make the stay better: beach/river towels for guests; better kitchen amenities (had to purchase own seasonings, bags, foil, etc); check the bikes - one needs a new tire badly, the other needs to be replaced; check the downstairs shower, it has very low pressure and hard to control temp; more hangers. We loved Sunriver, thank you for a nice stay.
