Excellent location - basically you are in the close vicinity of woods. Rooms very comfy, beds too. Bathroom clean and comfortable. Internet very good. Host = excellent. I was met by Vladislav, a very nice person with stories to tell.
Breakfast is ok, on the spartan side but you've got the basics.
As an additional kudos: I was travelling with a car fridge, and asked if I could store the foodstuffs in the hotel's fridge so that they don't get spoiled by morning. Vladislav BROUGHT to my room a small fridge! I was very pleasantly surprised. The extra mile by definition.
I wish there was an elevator, but walking op and down the stairs is good for your health. And, since the room was facing east, thicker blackout courtains would help. But, waking up with the first sunrays is good for your health.
Other than that - perfect.
