About this apartment rental
Beachfront condo in Hollywood, Florida, immediately next to Hallandale. The condo is ideally located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. The Sian, next to the Tides is easy to reach from the airports within 9 miles(14km) from Fort Lauderdale (15 minutes) and 20 miles(33km) from Miami(30 minutes).
Take advantage of the pristine beach of Hollywood or reach to our private pool equipped with lounge chair and shadow spots at your leisure.
The 970 sqft condo is a freshly remodelled and newly furnished unit in the Sian that is a resort-like complex. The unit includes full equipped kitchen, a dining room completely open to the living, a bedroom with two queen size bed. The living room is equipped with leather sofas. There is one complete bathroom and one powder room.
You will stay in a condo with a lot of room and comfort that is only match by high end hotels. There is a DVD and a USB reader, sound system with Iphone base, WI-FI internet*, a brand new 55" flat screen TV with large selection of IPTV* channels as well as basic local channels ( 30+ ) and IP phone*.
In the complex, in addition to the pool there is a private gym, pool room, conference room and a laundry room on each floor. The building has a 24hr security service and a parking valet. If you have a car, you will have to settle the parking with the valet separately. It costs $45 for 3 days, $90 for 7 days stay.
Upon your arrival, you will have to meet with the concierge of the building. you will have to buy a key fob to allow your access to the pool and the beach. the key fob cost is 30$ per three adults ( free for children).

The Sian is a set of residential condos. All occupants own or rent their apartment. This is not a hotel but we have and Enjoy café on the lobby and they serve an excellent coffee and food from 7am to 8pm . During your stay, I will have previously announced your arrival at the security and you'll be considered as my guest and a "resident" for the length of your stay.
So you will be living in my personal condo and in my own furniture with all of the usual amenities you would expect form a condo you live in.
You have to respect the peace and quietness at all times.
For the rest, enjoy the weather and the sun, and I wish you a nice holiday!

Our stay was outstanding. Accomodations and service(s) plentiful from valet parking, to an amazing concierge staff, key fob(security) pool(6ft depth), gym and beach access.

The condo was updated and well equipped with everything. The building was clean and the staff was great. Marc was an outstanding host who always responded quickly. I would say the view wasn’t good and our patio was closed for construction.

Spent 4 days in Marc's condo and we fully enjoyed ourselves throughout the stay. The location is absolutely perfect if you're looking to have a relaxing time on the beach. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen (for cooking, etc). He also had beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, a cooler, and other necessities as well for the quick 3 minute walk down to the beach. Marc is fast to respond via message in the app if you need anything or have questions, and he was nice enough to let us check in early which we really appreciated. The view from the balcony is amazing. There is lots of loud active construction going on during the week in the daytime... but we were told about this beforehand, so we just dealt with it. We would recommend this place for others, and we would love to stay here again for future visits to the area.

Great location, about a 30-minute walk to the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. Nice unit in an older building that is showing its age. It’s getting much needed repairs now, which unfortunately meant I was awakened by jackhammers every morning. Pool is small and gets no sun. Unit did not have shampoo nor soap.
