It is located on the Italian Riviera. Elegantly restored and furnished stone house of 80 sq.m plus a terrace and garden of 50 sq.m. There are breathtaking views of the Tigullio Gulf from Portofino to Sestri Levante. It is in a unique setting surrounded by secular olive trees with private access to the propriety. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry room with washing machine, and a cloakroom.
It is within minutes from all main tourist ports and 45 min from Genoa International Airport. It is ideal for boating and yachting activities. Its capacity is for 4 people (max 5). It has 3 parking spots, a fully equipped kitchen with all comfort, central heating, washing machine, Wi-Fi, TV, telephone, and fireplace.

It is surrounded by olive groves and boasts a breathtaking view of the Tigullio Gulf from Portofino to Sestri Levante. It is located a few minutes away from main tourists’ ports for maritime activities and 45 km away from Genoa Airport.

No directions and hard to find. No house information. We had to buy basic items for the kitchen. To add insult, they charged us an extra 341, claiming we damage the stone floor when we moved an outdoor lounge chair 10 feet.

This lovely original landhouse is located on a hill where you have an astonishing view on the sea and the coast. You can do lovely walks from there and also down to the village (about 20 minutes). The beach is clean and beautiful. Chiavari and Sestre Levante are places with good restaurants.

The house is lovely. The view stunning! The house was a little hard to find but Rodolfo was very patient guiding us to the property. We walked to Lavagna once. It is a half an hour walk. You can take the path to the left when you go out the gate and follow red arrows. We visited Genova, which was fantastic! (Take the train!) Buy the focaccia near the cathedral in Lavagna. It is the best. Coffee (cappuccino €1,50) at the gelateria in front of the city hall at Vico Palestro. Fantastic granite as wel… Don’t forget to visit Chiavari. We went there our last day and wished we had gone to earlier. Also the beaches in Chiavari where the best. Lovely market in the evening… and the best sushi at restaurant Kyomi:) for a very good price We read something about olive oil produced by the owner of the house but unfortunately last years production was low and we could not buy it. Only thing that was a little less was the noise coming from party’s near the sea. Our last night there was a techno party till about 02.30… You will love your stay in Lavagna! We surely did!

We had a wonderful week with our 2 children here. The house has a fantastic view of the sea and is located on a quiet private road so it felt very safe and secluded. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the terrace was a great place for meals with a view. The local towns of Lavagne and Sestri Levante provided plenty of shops and restaurants and we were able to do a boat trip to Portofino and a day trip to Lucca in Tuscany. Highly recommended. We will return!

House and property are exactly as advertised. Super house, with amazing views of the sea from the terrace, front room, bedroom -- even the bathroom! Close to the town for convenience, but far enough away to feel pleasantly isolated. Owners are extremely nice and helpful. House is beautifully appointed and designed.

The property was stunning and the views were incredible. Rodolfo was very friendly. We did struggle sleeping as it was very hot during our stay and there was only a mobile air con unit.

Can only recommend this beautiful place which is located on a quiet and peaceful road, with a fantastic view from the terrace and first floor. The house is well furnished with room for 2 adults and 2 smaller children. We were 2 adults and had a perfect stay - would love to come again. The furniture is authentic and fits well with the house. The house is close to the town of Lavagne, which is not a typical holiday town - they can be found further to the south or north. The town has smaller shopping opportunities and a variety of smaller restaurants. There is some noise from the city / train station, but not a problem. The beach is not so good and there is a railway very close which makes a lot of noise. But no matter when we did not come for the beach. Best recommendations from here where the price and location together, justify 5 stars. Can recommend trip to Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Portoverne area by ship and Portofino. Trains from Pisa to Florence take an hour and are easy to use.

The rustico was clean and everything was according pictures and specification. We could recommend this property. View from terrace is fantastic. In the evening you can listen the little owl and watch the wild pigs. The landscape is well maintained. Depending on wind direction railroad is slightly audible. All windows at first floor have fly screens. The owner Dr. Crovetto was very helpful. The missing warm water due to boiler malfunction was promptly repaired. Unfortunately the dishwasher was out of order the whole stay which was one of our selection critetias. The tableware is older, shows signs of wear and is not comely (but this is matter of opinion).

Beautiful villa on a huge private plot (200+m paved road after electric gate!) overlooking the riviera levante and the Lavagna town and harbor. The house is well equipped, and we found it perfectly clean. Shady outside sitting/eating area (stone terrace). Easy walk down into town and to the public beach. Communication with daughter Adriana was very well; father Dr Crovetto was there when we arrived and left. They all speak several languages. Thanks a lot, fully recommended!
