Simply perfect!

The apartment is newly renovated, very nicely decorated and equipped with everything one may need during holidays. I particularly appreciated small things like salt, oil, coffee, soap and similar things you will surely need during your stay but probably didn't remember to take with you. The apartment is very close to the beaches, markets, shops and the train station. Air-conditioning was really helpful during hot afternoons. Marina is a wonderful host, very attentive, responsive and flexible to accommodate your needs. Check-in and checkout are really fast and easy. Paid parking is available but we parked the car in a free parking area.

Frankly speaking, the apartment is a bit small for a family with 2 teenagers. Otherwise, simply the best!

Simply perfect !

We liked absolutely everything - tasteful decor, comfortable beds, convenient location, close to nice restaurants, train station and the beach. Our host was fantastic! Truly friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, going above and beyond our expectations. Will certainly recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a great rental place in Lavagnia that feels like home.

Takes a bit for the check in. The lady must come from another place and we had to wait in the street. But this is not a hotel so it's ok.

Exceeded our expectations.

Hostess was very friendly, was there on time, helped us with the baggage, place was super clean. The facilities exceeded our expectations. beach towels and an umbrella to borrow were available.

There was a few stairs to get up to the place and was a bit narrow, but doable.

Probably one of the best places I have stayed in Italy and would not hesitate to recommend !

The area is very central to Lavagna so perfect location for shops, train, restaurants etc. For people that do not know Lavagna there are many areas to eat close by in the town or in the towns adjacent to it. The apartment itself was in superb condition and the hosts could not be more helpful and friendly with everything you would need to cook, wash or have a quick coffee. I will definitely stay again for a work or pleasure visit in the future. It's a 10/10 from me !!

Convenient location and a very helpful host.

Our host was friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment is modern with everything you need. Three of us stayed, so we used the sofa bed. I would say the apartment is absolutely perfect for a couple but maybe a little cramped for 3 people. The location is brilliant - you are a short walk from the train station, the beach and right in the middle of town. Lavagna is lovely and you have easy access to the other towns along this beautiful stretch of the coast because of the train station.

Exceptional

The appartement is very clean and cozy and has everything you need in it, just like home. The location is perfect. 5 minutes walk to the train station or harbour for easy access to Cinque Terre, Portofino or Genova, restaurants, shops and market almost just outside the building and the host is very nice and can help with easy and cheap parking not far from the appartement. Would definitely visit again.

Nice small apartment in city center

Very nice couple to host us, the apartment is well located behind the main square, 3 min from beach. Everything is provided (coffee, tea, washing machine, powder, even body milk :-)) and Beautiful city.

Stairs up to the apartment , so be careful with big luggages. (But not too much. )

Ci siamo sentiti a casa. L'appartamento si presenta in ottime condizioni con tutto il necessario per poter trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole. I materassi e il divano sono comodissimi. Ci ritorneremo. Grazie.

Super nocleg w świetnej lokalizacji – dworzec tuż obok, więc idealna baza wypadowa do Cinque Terre lub Portofino. W okolicy sporo sklepów i restauracji, więc nie ma problemu z jedzeniem czy zakupami. Kontakt z właścicielką rewelacyjny, zawsze pomocna i bardzo miła. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Beste Ferienwohnung in Tigulien

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hat sogar mit ihrem eigenen Auto mich und unser Gepäck vom Parkplatz direkt zu der Ferienwohnung chauffiert. Die Lage ist super: direkt in der Innenstadt, 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof.

Abbiamo trovato pulitissimo. Fornito di elementi base come: acqua, condimenti, zucchero e caffè in cucina; biancheria piegata con cura e in ottime condizioni; in bagno: asciugacapelli e prodotti per l'igiene - cose non scontate in un appartamento. La signora Marina è gentilissima e molto accogliente. Un saluto anche al marito che ci ha dato dei preziosi consigli domestici. TOP!

ASSOLUTAMENTE PERFETTO!

Eccezionale! La signora Marina è super gentile e disponibile. Nell'appartamento è presente ogni dettaglio: cucina attrezzata, asciugami, teli mare e addirittura il parcheggio. Posizione perfetta, a piedi si raggiunge in pochi minuti il centro, la spiaggia e la stazione. Consigliatissimo.

Belle proximité, appartement moderne

La proximité de la rue principale, des commerces et des restaurants et l'emplacement entre les deux villes. Appartement avec un aménagement très actuel. Équipement moderne avec un bon niveau de mobilier. Assez proche de la plage et de la gare. La possibilité d' avoir une place de parking payant. La chambre dispose d'un très grand lit et d'une belle armoire. Il y a la cafetière avec dosettes.

L'accès par l'escalier peut être difficile. La place pour se garer est assez loin. Étendre le linge pour le séchage peut-être difficile.

Appartamento pulitissimo,dotato di tutto il necessario come macchina da caffe' ,lavatrice,lavastoviglie,climatizzatore. A due passi dal centro e vicino alla strada principale.

La luce dei lampioni in strada entra dalle fessure degli scuri e può dare fastidio per chi dorme. Servirebbero tende spesse per oscurare un pochino.
