The property was excellent. Everything was clean and in working order. The only issue we had was the parking. There was one evening we could not even find a parking spot on the level of the condos we were staying at. Other than that a 10 out of 10

Apartment was spacious and clean. Location was very convenient to RMNP. I had a little trouble finding the unit when I got to the compound but the property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Let me start by saying Estes Park and RMNP were awesome and the location of these condo is great. Close enough to town to get there quickly but far enough away for peace and quiet. Good location for accessing park amenities. We had all the space we needed. We do cook when staying away from home and there were enough pans and a nice selection of spices.The floors of this unit are uneven. The sofa is completely worn out and the sofa sleeper was broke down. The upstairs bed I slept in left me with a back ache each day, so if good sleep is important to you, this may not be your best choice.
