About this cottage rental
The place offers nature, silence, slow time, starry nights, in short, a good place to rest, read, talk, write, paint, meditate ... or, simply, contemplate the landscape.
1.8 km. By road, or 900 m. Walking along a rural path, the house is situated on top of a hill, between chestnut trees and olive trees. A real watchtower on the landscape. We have restored it, respecting the architectural characteristics of the area.
It is equipped with a system of photovoltaic solar energy plates, which make it a place of sustainable leisure, according to an ecological criterion of respect for the environment.
It has a living room, kitchen, bathroom, a bedroom and a study-viewpoint with views over the town and the mountains. Also, in the exterior, diverse terraces allow to enjoy the landscape from different perspectives.
In just 15 minutes you can reach the town, where you will enjoy its architecture (Parish Church, Castle, Morería ...) and its cuisine (Iberian pork, mushrooms, wines, cheeses ...).
If you like to walk, you have different trails to enjoy nature. You can not miss El Cero del hierro, a place of special geological interest or the cascades of the river Huéznar, located next to its birth. But there are many others: Greenway, The rebollar, The chestnut trees ..
If you are looking for art and culture, you have Seville to 73 minutes, Cordoba to 93, Carmona to 48, Almodóvar from the river to 80 Marchena to 90 ... Cordoba and Seville have an airport.
You can also visit the villages of the natural park, a few km. Of Constantine, especially Cazalla de la Sierra.

Second stay at Vidal y Angles home and hopefully will not be our last. If you after a peaceful and tranquil break then this is the house for you. Vidal y Angles meet you in Constantina, guide you to their house, show you around and leave you to enjoy, knowing always that if there are any problems (which there wasn’t) they are only a telephone call away. Thank you again Vidal y Angeles for a lovely stay. Hope to speak soon.

What can I say about this property apart from wow! I can start by saying Angles and Videl are the perfect hosts, they showed us around on arrival gave salient information and left us to enjoy. However we knew Angles and Vidal were only a phone call away if we needed help with anything (which we didn’t) so thank you both. The property itself is perfect if you want a quiet break. It’s setting is on a beautiful hillside and is the most idyllic Property we have ever rented. The village of Constantina is a five minute drive or a fifteen minute walk and although we didn’t meet anyone who spoke English everyone was so patient and helpful. When you are reading the description of this property I can promise you that Angles and Vidal understate how beautiful it is. I honestly cannot think of anything Angles and Vidal could do to improve this holiday let. So thank you both and we look forward to meeting you again next year.

We loved it here so much...we stayed 8 weeks and felt very relaxed..Vidal and Ángels have made their house a real home that they loved sharing with us...the town of Constantina was an absolute joy...we look forward to our next visit
