This stylish and contemporary, first floor apartment (up one flight of steps) for two guests is located in a secure, quiet, 200 year old Close on the vibrant and historic Grassmarket, and is just a few steps from all of Edinburgh's major attractions and transport links. The Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle are about 2 minutes walk from the apartment and Princes Street & Waverley Railway Station are only 10 minutes walk. It's basically the perfect location from which to step out, experience all the sights and discover your own Edinburgh!
A lovely and spacious apartment sleeping two guests in the bedroom in a luxurious King Size bed. Ideal for couples. The apartment is arranged on open plan so please note that the bedroom area is open to the living / dining area, separated by the wardrobe.
The bright open plan living/dining area and kitchen overlook the private courtyard of the Close. Fully fitted kitchen has everything you might need, including a dishwasher and washing machine. For drying clothes there is a drying rack for air drying. Large bathroom with bath and shower over the bath. Access to the apartment is via one flight of 17 steps.

Our 2nd time in a year at this home. Excellent location. Responsive host. Nicely equipped so you are not hunting for basic kitchen items. Quiet setting. Secure building as well. If I return to Edinburgh, will stay here again.

The 2nd floor courtyard apartment was comfortable, clean, well stocked with all essentials and is located in the smack dab center of everything you want to see and do. And it’s quiet and private. Loved it.Uber rides, when needed, were fast, like 2-3 minute pickups and under 10. Cabs are abundant too.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. Having a washing machine was great. The location is so close to everything yet quiet. We would definitely rent again and recommend it. Fiona was great communicating with us and check-in was easy. Thanks for everything Fiona.
