Its interior spaces are complemented with wooden details, century-old stone walls and built with all natural materials representing the simplicity of the Greek traditional architecture

Blending the pure beauty of nature with the unique tradition the house has been fully renovated internally with antique wooden floors and furnishings, original doors and windows while maintaining the distinctive characteristic style of the area

The residence offers a lovely living area on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom which includes a shower, sink and toilet, big wood burning stove, flat screen TV and a cozy built-in semi double wall bed

The wooden staircase leads to the bright and spacious air conditioned open bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed, big windows and a closet, including a full HD projector were you can enjoy a Netflix movie to relax and unwind!

It is equipped with all modern amenities: Wi-Fi internet access, air condition, flat screen TV, smart projector with Netflix, cooking equipment, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso Pixie coffee machine, coffee maker, kettle and tea-making facilities, hot water bath, welcome treats and fresh white bed linen

Outdoors you will find an open yard with a private pool with integrated hydro-massage and waterfall, beautifully lit at night for absolute relaxation, external shower with hot water, barbecue equipment, lounge beanbag sunbeds and a hammock to gently sway for a soothing and calming feeling

Located in the beautiful mountain village of Agios Ioannis at about 25 kilometers from the capital city of Corinth and situated at an altitude of about 700 meters high, is a peaceful, non-touristic experience in a comfortable and authentic place

- Guests have the entire property to their complete exclusive disposal including the private pool and the open yard
- Free parking on the public street next to the residence
- Driving to the village of Agios Ioannis can be a little adventurous as the road is curvy for about 3km although with a breathtaking view!

- Agios Ioannis Stone Cottage & Pool is a private residence that is occupied all year round
- Self-check-in available
- No smoking is allowed indoor. Smoking is permitted outdoor
- In respect of any guest possible allergy no pets are allowed
- No parties, events and excessive alcohol consumption are allowed
- Please notice that the tap water is not drinkable
- In winter and colder seasons you can use the wood fired stove. Wood is free of charge
- Pool heating is included in the rental price and is available all year round. Water temperature is adjustable reliant on weather and outside temperatures
- Maintaining the pool is provided weekly free of charge
- Cleaning the pool ideally daily using tools provided will keep the pool spotless clean
- Please lock the pool in the evening and when leaving the property for several hours for safety reasons
- There are no shopping facilities in the village, yet within reach of only 15 minutes by car
- There is a great tavern restaurant, highly recommended in the village of Agios Ioannis which provides all meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner
