We loved the house, pool and 4 terraces. The distance to the beach was not far, oké for us. Unfortunately there was no space to wash our clothes in the neighborhood, so I had to do that by hand (after 2 weeks of travel). Airco in the bedrooms was terrific.
In short good price for what you get.

We visited at the end of season. Which was a good decision in terms of a more silence and a good possibility of recreation in Korfos.
The house is nice so far, when else the bath as well as the toilet needs to be freshed up. In the sink was some black dirt. The toilet seat does not fit on the toilet and the shower has no possibility to hang up. The shower curtain is hanging on some hooks only.
The inventory is not fitting to the description. We did not really miss it but... no microwave, no water cooker, no iron.
The cooking equipment is more than rare. So, we did not cook.
Finally, due to late season first cold nights. There are (washable) blankets (white inlets). But: They were dirty. We decided not to use them.
The pool is nice as big enough for good exercise. The pool lounger for the house is comfortable but a towel should be used.
The Exo is nice and the food is recommended. The sea was warm and clear.
