About this apartment rental

The apartment is perfect for couples and families with children. It is situated on the beach of Villajoyosa (Alicante), very close to Benidorm. It is located in a non overcrowded but populated area, near to the town centre. Supermarkets, lots of restaurants, different types of shops and other services can be found nearby.

It has two bedrooms ( a double room and a 3 single beds room), two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and a magnificent terrace, from where wonderful views of the beach and the port can be seen. It also has a communal pool, paddle tennis court and a covered parking space.

We had a great two weeks in Miguel's apartment. It had everything we needed for our stay and the balcony with it's views over the bay was a great bonus. Bars, restaurants and supermarket were all within easy walking distance. In the bars and restaurants we frequented we found the owners and staff very friendly and even got on first name terms with them. We will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic Christmas holidays in this beautiful lovely apartment. The property owner was so helpful and responded to all our requests in few mins . The sea views and the harbour from the balcony was so beautiful and calming. We will definitely come back again and will recommend this apartment to everyone and rate it on a 5 star ⭐️ holiday apartment. Lastly I will say a big thanks to Pablo for his assistance when we arrived at the property

Beautiful location. You can hear the sea from the bedroom at night which was so calming. Very practical place with everything you could need. Sandy beach just below the complex is amazing. The pool was not open when we were there but it looked lovely. The balcony is a wonderful outdoor space but just a note for sun lovers that (in April, at least) it does not get the sun until late morning. The owner was very helpful and responsive to enquiries. Would very much recommend this place.

Three weeks in this most beautiful Apartment, situated in a peaceful, interesting and ever changing village was a lovely memory making experience. One we would love to return to in a future visit to this part of Spain. Mr Perez and his Wife, Victoria ensured that the Apartment had everything one would need to enjoy a comfortable and ease of use environment. It was well appointed and offered a very peaceful and scenic view from a fantastic, large balcony. The busy Port was a main attraction with the fishing trawlers coming and going each day - always something to see and take delight in. A very special 'home' away from home - we take away happy memories. Kind regards Beverly & Peter
