Charming 3-bedroom house located in the old town of the pretty town of Pollença.

The property has been renovated maintaining the original essence of the house.



Nice dining room with modern decoration. Separate kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, toaster, hob and fridge freezer.



The house has 3 bedrooms, two singles and one double. The rooms share 2 bathrooms with bathtub and shower (one of them exterior).



It also has a balcony terrace with magnificent views, sun loungers and barbecue. The beautiful patio will make your stay in Pollença idyllic enjoying the tranquility and life of the town of Pollença.



The property is located in Pollensa, in the center with all the services in the surrounding streets. The closest beaches are the beautiful Cala de San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa. Pollensa is a charming Majorcan town, very welcoming with its excellent restaurants in the town square such as "Q11" and "U Plaça" and its well-known Sunday market. In addition, the town has its well-known Calvario stairs, 365 steps that will take us to the highest part of the town where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the town and its surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Port of Alcudia. The Pollença golf course is located a few kilometers from the house.

The location and authenticity of the house The cleanness of the patio, lounge and kitchen. The outside patio and terrace were dusty. The washing machine corner dusty. The washing machine and dryer should be properly clean. The sofas in the outside lounge were pissed by neighbors cat. The kitchen utility was not very clean. The bathroom upstairs cannot be use as shower, needs curtains or a glas door where the shower is place. The air-conditioned make a tremendous noise every 30 seconds, what make imposible to fall . There should be air-conditioned in the seating room, there shine the sun all the time, instead of air-condition in the dinning room The information in guide link is for a house in Alcudia, what can confuse the guest trying to find the suggested parking in Pollensa A little bit more care is necessary!
