About this apartment rental
Two free lobsters included! This recently renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is nicely appointed in a prime East Orleans location, convenient to beaches and shopping. It is situated across the street from Town Cove and Asa's Landing and offers views of the water.
The cottage has lovely grounds and gardens to enjoy, as well as a spacious deck, complete with a gas grill, to relax and enjoy a summer barbeque. The kitchen is recently renovated with granite countertops and new, stainless appliances. The bathroom has also been fully renovated. A recently added addition boasts a Queen primary bedroom while the second bedroom has two twin sized beds. Amenities include Central A/C, new 50" flat screen TV, premium cable service with HBO, WIFI, Netflix and private relaxing area! Extras include high-end beach chairs, umbrella, and clamming rakes and basket!
An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens from a vendor or bring their own.

This property was excellent. It probably was the cleanest I have ever rented. The owner was extremely hospitable and generous, he gave us great suggestions on restaurants and things to do. There was nothing we needed that was not provided. We had a great week, super rental.
