Great stay in a well equiped flat with all kitchen devices, linien, clean, nice view. Great condo with nice pool, kids playground, and a few minutes walk to the beach. The hosts are very helpful and kind, flexible with checkin/out hours, even other needs we had! I recommend

The apartment is exactly as the pictures reflect. Very spacious. Hosts were extremely welcoming, kind, and responsive. They really made us feel at home. The neighborhood/building are extremely safe. I would stay here again and recommend this listing to anyone. Thank you Eugenia & Marcelo!

The apartment is just as described. It has the perfect space for a family or a group of friends. The location is close to the beach, a short walk away. It is well equiped, has a functional kitchen and it is really comfortable. It was very easy to talk to the host, and he and his wife were very polite and helpful at all times.

The pictures don't do justice to the apartment size. There are two large rooms and a maid's quarter converted into a single bedroom with three good size bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked and the owners provided a full overview of the apartment and nearby amenities and shopping. During this time of the year, Rio has a very pleasant weather. The 2 main rooms have air conditioner but not the living or maid quarters. Overall, very good value for your stay.
