About this house rental
Our home is located at mile post 14.5 in the Village at Nags Head Linkside community. Enjoy views overlooking the pond and feeding the turtles in the landscaped backyard, as well as the fairway views from the deck of our Soundside beach home located on the 13th tee of the Nags Head Golf course. Our cozy cottage is comfortably furnished with everything your family will need for a memorable stay at the beach. Located on a on quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance of the grocery store, shops and restaurants. It's just a short drive to the golf club (additional fees apply), beach club with pool, parking fees may apply (in season) south on the beach road less than a mile from the house or the private beach access less than 1/2 mile from the house north on the beach road with bath house (included in rental). Walk to the sound side park on the water to launch kayaks and canoes or just to view the sunsets. Great neighborhood for biking(bring your own or they can be rented from local vendors)or just enjoy taking a walk.

The house was perfect for the four of us to reconnect. It was just right for us to spend the day exploring the outer banks during the day and relaxing with a puzzle in the evening.

Great place to stay…. The turtles in the pond were so cute.

The deck is dangerously unsafe. We had 2 young children that liked to look at the many turtles. The railing is wobbly and not safe, some deck floor boards were raised and brittled. House was clean and well stocked.
