Italy, Riviera, 1 km from San Lorenzo della Costa, small village on the heights of Santa Margherita Ligure, in the countryside, on the edge of the Portofino National Park. Small independent house of 65m² on two levels, with sea view, three terraces and large garden typical of the region (in espalier). House with at the high level, ground floor entrance on living room, with sofa, sleeping 2, corner kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Low level, large room with 2 beds, one double, overlooking the terrace.

The small two level house is located on the Portofino peninsula, offering spectacular views to the bay of Santa Margarita. From your doorstep you walk into the regional parc of Portofino, a brilliant trail with rewarding finish. The house itself is
about 150 meters down from the little access road where you can park the car, sometimes quite tight. Although the house is sufficiently equipped including a BBQ and deck chairs, there is no WiFi or dishwasher. However, the view from the different terraces makes you quickly forget this!
